Community Resources can include organizations providing assistance with housing, food, utilities, healthcare, education, and more.
Our Partnerships
Our team empowers underserved people to develop self-sufficiency and trains them as Parent Leaders and Health Workers to become "go-to" resources in their communities. We build community based participatory partnerships with other community organizations, and offer a Families Safety Net with local resources, and teach them to navigate the system to remove barriers to access.

Our Program
Community-based
Participatory Partnerships (CBPP)
Our community-based participatory partnership (CBPP) is a collaborative body of individuals and organizations working together for a common goal or issue of importance to the community. It consists of mutually beneficial relationships where all parties have shared responsibilities, privileges and power. Our CBPPs are formed to strengthen the impact of the community education, outreach or advocacy programs
